The story
A 14,000 sqft estate redesigned around a single principle: invisible technology. Every cable, sensor and driver hidden behind hand-finished international cabinetry. One panel controls 240 lighting circuits, climate, blinds and the private cinema.
Challenges
Integrating retrofit KNX wiring across an existing structure without compromising the marble surfaces. Solved with a custom raceway system built into the joinery.
