A typical full villa programme runs 10 – 12 months from signed agreement to handover. Smart-home retrofits run 6 – 10 weeks.

Week 1

Architectural survey, electrical and MEP assessment, photographic record, noise and acoustics baseline.

Week 2

Mood, materials, layouts, lighting concept, automation scenario design. Three review rounds included.

Weeks 3 – 7

Itemised bill of quantities. Every stone slab, every KNX module, every metre of cabling — costed.

Weeks 7 – 8

Demolition, MEP first-fix, joinery installation, stone, finishes. Weekly client walkthroughs.

Months 3 – 9

KNX/Lutron programming, scene design, voice integration, commissioning, training session with the owner.

Month 9

Snagging closure, final clean, owner's manual, system documentation, equipment registration.

Month 10

Quarterly AMC visits, 24/7 remote diagnostics, firmware management, joinery and stone care.
